Conexion Coffee Cart is a mobile espresso bar that brings the café experience to your event—weddings, corporate functions, parties, you name it. We serve high-quality coffee drinks on-site to keep your guests energized and happy.
We’re proudly based in Dallas, Texas, and serve the surrounding DFW area.
We cater to weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, and more. If people gather there, we’ll bring the coffee.
Coffee & Menu
We serve espresso-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, americanos, and more. We also offer non-coffee options like matcha, masala chai, and hot chocolate.
Yes! We offer barista-grade oat and almond milk as alternatives to whole milk.
Absolutely. All of our drinks can be served either hot or iced.
We do! Choose from vanilla, lavender, honey cinnamon, or mocha. We also offer seasonal flavors from time to time.
Booking & Setup
Fill out our online booking form and we’ll follow up by email to confirm your event details, provide a quote, and collect your deposit.
We arrive about 1.5 hours before your event to set up, and we stay up to 1 hour after for clean-up.
Yes. We require one dedicated 120v/15-amp circuit within 50 feet of our setup. Without proper power, we won’t be able to serve espresso drinks.
Yes, as long as the weather is dry and temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F.
Please confirm in writing that the cart can access your desired setup area without disassembly or special accommodations.
Payment & Cancellations
Pricing depends on your guest count, duration, and any customizations. We’ll send a custom quote after you fill out our booking form.
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
If you cancel 30+ days before your event, we’ll refund your deposit. Within 30 days, payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule for free with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to our availability.
Insurance & Policies
Yes, we carry general liability insurance for all events.
